Steve is the founder of Harrow Capital and has over 30 years of institutional investment management experience. Prior to Harrow, Steve was the CIO for Western Southern Financial Group where he had responsibility for their $50 billion portfolio. He also served as Head of Insurance Asset Management for Western Asset and Managing Director at Morgan Stanley Investment Management in New York. Earlier, he was a partner at Miller, Anderson and Sherrerd, a Philadelphia firm acquired by Morgan Stanley in 1996 to become the hub for its investment management division.
Steve earned a BS in Electrical Engineering from Lehigh University and both an MBA in Quantitative Analysis and a PhD in Finance from the University of Cincinnati.
Zach has led private equity sourcing and execution for Harrow Capital since 2017. Prior to Harrow, Zach worked at Boathouse Capital, a lower-middle market private equity firm in Philadelphia. Prior to that, he worked at Audax Private Equity, a middle market firm in Boston. Zach also worked as Director of Strategy and Corporate Development for Thalheimer Brothers, a scrap metal processing business and Audax portfolio company.
Zach holds a BSE in Operations Research and Financial Engineering from Princeton University and an MBA in Finance from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
